Refund and Returns Policy
At Sharah Luxurious Boutique, we want every customer to shop with confidence. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy carefully before placing an order.
Return and Exchange Period
Customers have the right to request a return or exchange within 48 hours of receiving the product only in the following cases:
The product must be in its original condition, unused, undamaged, and with all original packaging and accessories.
Manufacturing Defects
If a manufacturing defect is found, the customer must notify Sharah within 48 hours of receiving the product.
If the customer does not notify us within 48 hours, Sharah will not accept a return or exchange for mismatch claims after this period.
Watch Warranty and Maintenance
For watches, if more than 48 hours have passed and the customer did not inform us about a manufacturing defect within the allowed period, the watch may be included in a one-year maintenance warranty.
In this case:

The watch must be shipped to Sharah for inspection or maintenance.

The customer is responsible for shipping costs.

The customer may be responsible for maintenance costs if applicable.

The original purchase invoice must be provided.
Mismatch Claims After 48 Hours
After 48 hours from receiving the product, Sharah is not responsible for mismatch claims, and the product cannot be returned or exchanged for this reason.
Shipment Not Received
After your shipment reaches its final destination and is not received or collected by you, Sharah is not responsible for the shipment.
Customers must ensure they are available to receive the shipment and must provide accurate contact and delivery information.
Order Cancellation by Sharah
Sharah has the right to cancel an order and refund the amount paid by the customer in cases including, but not limited to:
If an order is cancelled by Sharah, the refund will be issued to the same account or card used by the customer during purchase.
Non-Returnable Cases
Returns or exchanges may not be accepted in the following cases:

The request is made after 48 hours from receiving the product.

The product has been used, damaged, altered, or is not in its original condition.

The original packaging, accessories, or invoice are missing.

The issue is caused by misuse or improper handling by the customer.

The shipment was not received or collected after reaching its final destination.
Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed to the same payment method used for the original purchase, according to the payment provider’s processing time.
