Exchange within 48 hours: Within 48 hours of receiving the product, the customer has the right to request a return or exchange in the event of a clear product mismatch or a verified manufacturing defect.

Watch warranty after 48 hours: If a manufacturing defect in a watch is reported after the first 48 hours, the product will be covered by the one-year maintenance warranty. The watch must be shipped back to us, and the customer will be responsible for shipping and maintenance costs. The original purchase invoice must be provided.

Mismatch reported after 48 hours: After 48 hours from delivery, products reported as mismatched will not be eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

Unreceived shipments: Once the shipment reaches its final destination, SHARAH will not be responsible if the customer fails to receive or collect the shipment.
