The watch must be shipped back to us, and the customer will be responsible for shipping and maintenance costs. The original purchase invoice must be provided.
Mismatch reported after 48 hours: After 48 hours from delivery, products reported as mismatched will not be eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
Unreceived shipments: Once the shipment reaches its final destination, SHARAH will not be responsible if the customer fails to receive or collect the shipment.
