Please read our Refund and Returns Policy carefully before placing an order.<\/p>\n<h2>Return and Exchange Period<\/h2>\n<p>Customers have the right to request a return or exchange within 48 hours of receiving the product only in the following cases:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>There is a clear mismatch between the product received and the product ordered.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>The product has a manufacturing defect.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The product must be in its original condition, unused, undamaged, and with all original packaging and accessories.<\/p>\n<h2>Manufacturing Defects<\/h2>\n<p>If a manufacturing defect is found, the customer must notify Sharah within 48 hours of receiving the product.<\/p>\n<p>If the customer does not notify us within 48 hours, Sharah will not accept a return or exchange for mismatch claims after this period.<\/p>\n<h2>Watch Warranty and Maintenance<\/h2>\n<p>For watches, if more than 48 hours have passed and the customer did not inform us about a manufacturing defect within the allowed period, the watch may be included in a one-year maintenance warranty.<\/p>\n<p>In this case:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>The watch must be shipped to Sharah for inspection or maintenance.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>The customer is responsible for shipping costs.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>The customer may be responsible for maintenance costs if applicable.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>The original purchase invoice must be provided.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Mismatch Claims After 48 Hours<\/h2>\n<p>After 48 hours from receiving the product, Sharah is not responsible for mismatch claims, and the product cannot be returned or exchanged for this reason.<\/p>\n<h2>Shipment Not Received<\/h2>\n<p>After your shipment reaches its final destination and is not received or collected by you, Sharah is not responsible for the shipment.<\/p>\n<p>Customers must ensure they are available to receive the shipment and must provide accurate contact and delivery information.<\/p>\n<h2>Order Cancellation by Sharah<\/h2>\n<p>Sharah has the right to cancel an order and refund the amount paid by the customer in cases including, but not limited to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Product unavailability<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Stock issues<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Operational reasons<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Any reason related to the company\u2019s ability to fulfill the order<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If an order is cancelled by Sharah, the refund will be issued to the same account or card used by the customer during purchase.<\/p>\n<h2>Non-Returnable Cases<\/h2>\n<p>Returns or exchanges may not be accepted in the following cases:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>The request is made after 48 hours from receiving the product.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>The product has been used, damaged, altered, or is not in its original condition.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>The original packaging, accessories, or invoice are missing.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>The issue is caused by misuse or improper handling by the customer.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>The shipment was not received or collected after reaching its final destination.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Refund Method<\/h2>\n<p>Approved refunds will be processed to the same payment method used for the original purchase, according to the payment provider\u2019s processing time.<\/p>\n<h2>Contact Us<\/h2>\n<p>For return, exchange, or warranty requests, please contact Sharah customer support and provide your order details, product photos if needed, and purchase invoice.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>",
