Return and exchange policy ✨

🔸(Exchange) Within 48 hours of the customer receiving the product, the customer has the right to (return or exchange) in the event of a clear mismatch, the return is made or in the event of a manufacturing defect.

🔸After 48 hours have passed and the customer has not informed us of a manufacturing defect (in the watch) and this happened, the watch is included in the one-year warranty for maintenance and is shipped to us and the customer will pay for the shipping costs and maintenance with the necessity of presenting the purchase invoice.

🔸 After 48 hours have passed from receipt, and in the event of (mismatch), we are not responsible for the product and it is not refunded or exchanged.

🔸After your shipment reaches its final destination and is not received by you, SHARAH is not responsible for it
